Objectives
WP5 objective are to provide a local information system in order to optimize the data flow throughout the RAPSODYN project. WP5 aims to create data queries to facilitate large scale analyses through an integrated system with the users support. WP5 will also develop specific and innovative tools for marker discovery in OSR (OSR) and implement central databases from Genoplante Information System (GnpIS) with data generated in RAPSODYN in order to create a unique resource in OSR genomics and genetics. WP5 will provide tools for collaborative bioinformatics.

WP5 will:
1- Provide a centralised resource for data repository and management during the early (raw data) and middle (computed data) parts of the project.
2- Provide a set off complementary bioinformatics tools for sequence data computing and polymorphism detection on different types of data, taking into account OSR genome specificities.
3- Detect and validate markers for high-throughput genotyping of RAPSODYN genetic resources.
4- Ensure the creation of a portal dedicated to scientists with public data.
5- Create a collaborative workspace to feeder the bioinformaticians and the user’s communities.
